"The app works, company just don't bother turning up. Booked at taxi for 1am via the app, company called to confirm booking. Phoned at 0110 to check if it has been dispatched, advised no taxis in the area. Phoned again 30 mins later to be told the same. What's the point of booking? Phoned Glasgow Taxis after an hour of waiting, they were at the door within 10 mins. Joke of a company, just like nearly every other taxi company in the Glasgow area. Won't be using again."
